When Will My Order Ship?

All orders are carefully inspected and processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. We strive to pack and ship your seeds and gardening supplies as quickly as possible to ensure optimal planting freshness.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Standard domestic shipping typically takes 10–18 business days, depending on regional logistics and delivery schedules. Tracking information will be activated and updated within 3–7 days after your order ships.

How Do I Cancel An Order?

Order cancellations are only available within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order will enter our packing and fulfillment process, and can no longer be canceled. We process orders quickly to guarantee fresh seeds and fast delivery for all gardeners.

What Is Your Return & Replacement Policy?

If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. We will review your case and offer a replacement solution once approved.

Please do not return items without prior confirmation from our customer service team.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. We reserve the right to verify and approve all return requests.
